Natural Resources Sector – Angola.

The project involved the provision of an array of complimentary services to an arm of a major Asian conglomerate that was seeking to open facilities in Angola. The Client required KCCL’s expertise in developing, improving and implementing their initial market entry strategy and operational plans.

The following services were identified as necessary elements in achieving the objective: strategic country risk assessment; analytical reports on political and socio-economic trends; sector-specific reports covering the political, legislative, regulatory and business ‘environment’ surrounding Angola’s oil and gas and mining industries; and identification of local partners.

KCCL assisted the Client with embedding the knowledge and expertise required for mitigating against the risks associated with Angola’s political, legal, regulatory and business environment.

The Client is now firmly established in Angola.
