Business Development and tender process advisory
Infrastructure Sector – Nigeria.
KCCL worked with the Client to develop overall objectives, which included: Identification,
assessment, and prioritisation of all risks, including money laundering, ‘know your supplier’,
corruption, and politically exposed persons (PEPs); recommendations for the coordinated and effective application of processes and resources to mitigate identified risks; and protection of assets, people and information.
During the project, extensive primary source research and interviews were undertaken with a range of experts and professionals from a variety of specialised fields, all of whom either have direct experience of working in Nigeria and/or currently work in Nigeria. This formed the basis upon which the risk assessment was developed and adapted to the client’s specific requirements.
